[hylafax-users] libtiff problem

I'm trying to sent tiff files generated from ImageMagick through
hylaFAX, but the received faxes are blank...Any idea why? At the same
time I sent the tiff files that I got from the 'recvq' folder and I'm
getting perfect fax message.Is it because the size of the tiff file
generated by ImageMagick which is around 10 times larger. I tried  to
apply compression using tiffdither, but the tiff file as such is
blackened. Is it due the problem with libtiff (i'm using 3.6.1
version), if so why there is no problem with the received faxes when
tiff files inside the hylaFAX is sent.

Please help me out.
