Several people have asked about this before.  So you may want to search 
the archives and see what has been said before.

In any case, the answer is no, you can't do this with HylaFAX 
currently.  However, it conceivably could be programmed-in to the 
source code, if your modem is voice-capable and you had the voice audio 
stored in a file.  If those conditions are met, then there really would 
be no reason to use vgetty, either.
