These are normal, and the warnings should probably be taken out of 
faxsetup, since it only really serves to confuse people.  There's not 
yet been a bug report filed on this, though, I don't think, to help 
clean up the confusion.

This is also normal, but it is a faxsetup bug.

As I haven't yet taken the time to analyze what faxsetup is really 
trying to determine, I've not yet gotten around to fixing this.

Beyond just being misleading, it's harmless.  Proceed.
