Hi Sunil,
we are using AVM C4 ISDN Card and CAPI4HylaFAX [download: ftp://ftp.avm.de/tools/capi4hylafax.linux/]
It works fine for us (and German EURO-ISDN), for sending out 4000 Faxes per day.
Hylafax uses both channels on each ISDN Port (so called A and B channell) - and treat them like two separate modems.
For the AVM C4 hat 4 ISDN Ports you get 8 channels.
So you will get "two modems with one ISDN card" - we also tried "sedlbauer speedfax+ pci" and some analoge "USR Sportster Faxmodems" but avm was the best solution for sending out masses of faxes.
Hope I could help (and please forgive my bad English ;)
