[hylafax-users] 2.6 kernel CAPI and CAPI not installed error

Hi 

Debian with 2.6.9 kernel and AVM Fritz! card

following packages installed:
hylafax/hylafax-server_4.2.0-15_i386.deb
capi4hylafax_01.02.03-7_i386.deb

following modules installed:
fcpci            (this compiled from AVM suppplied source) 
capi            
capifs         
kernelcapi    

(cannot seem to compile capiutil or capidrv with this kernel source)

[eric@pepper ~] 6 $ ls -l /dev/faxCAPI
crw-------    1 uucp     uucp      68,   0 2003-07-20 03:48 /dev/faxCAPI
[eric@pepper ~] 6 $ ls -l /dev/capi*
crwxrwxrwx    1 root     dialout   68,   0 2004-12-10 20:21 /dev/capi20
crw-rw----    1 root     dialout   68,   1 2004-12-10 20:21 /dev/capi20.00
crw-rw----    1 root     dialout   68,   2 2004-12-10 20:21 /dev/capi20.01
...

I get this error:

Dec 10 21:50:42.43: [ 1511]: CapiFaxSend - INFO: Connection\
dropped with Reason 0x1009 (CAPI not installed).

Dec 10 21:58:29.22: [ 2153]: c2faxrecv - ERROR: CAPI not\
installed, started or have no access rights on it!

oops, any ideas what's up
