[hylafax-users] Capi or Hylafax config issue ?

Hello,

Used system :
Debian Sarge
Hylafax 4.2
ISDN card : AVM B1 PCI
Users get thier faxes in a PDF attachment in their outlook mailbox

We have noticed that inbound faxes were not correctly delivered. Users get
their fax as shown below and the attach PDF file is empty :

The sender tells that he got an error when sending the fax : 0 page sent - A
sending error occured !

Have you already encountered this issue ? Can you help me ?
