Hi, I'm having some difficulty with faxgetty. I'm able to send faxes and manually receive faxes using faxanswer. I'm unable, however, to get faxgetty to work to automatically answer calls. I've added the following line to my /etc/inittab file. # Run faxgetty (hylafax) fax:2345:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty /dev/ttySHCF0 I've added a portion of my /var/log/messages file showing the results of the fax. ------------------------------------------------- Dec 1 18:19:59 mail FaxGetty[4019]: OPEN /dev/ttySHCF0 HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.2.0 Dec 1 18:20:09 mail FaxGetty[4019]: MODEM ROCKWELL RC288DPi/hcfpcimodem-1.01lnxt04111500full (at this point I'm send a fax to this machine and know it is ringing because the phone attached to the phone jack on the modem is ringing.)
