Hello Jazmin,

if I understand the documentation correct, this Samba option forces all  
documents to be postscript by inserting a comment "%!" at the beginning  
of the document. This is supposed to avoid problems with documents that  
contain a CTRL-D at the beginning.

The result for the printer is a document containing two postscript  
jobs. One empty and the other with your actual document.

This might lead to problems.

It is a better idea to teach the printing system to accept documents  
starting with CTRL-D before the "%!" marker.

If you use CUPS this should already work. (Look at the rules for  
postscript in it's mime.types file.)

I think this should work with magicfilter as well.
