[hylafax-users] Unable to transmit file

Hello list,

We have ten hylfax-servers with the same setup
and the same modems (Multitech MT1432).

I can send faxes to a distinct fax-machine (Panasonic)
from nine servers,

the tenth server always gets an error:

You could think, ok the modem is broken,
I changed the modem, same result.
I chenged the line, same result
I checked the versions, all the same.
I checked the config-files, all the same

I checked the logs and found out following:

all servers send the faxes in Class 2 with
