The new tiff file has to be a valid tiff, but with some extra
information inserted?  Are you adding an extra page, or are you adding
new tiff tags into it?

Or do you want a "draw" something new over the image in the tiff file?

Or do you not want any of the original tiff image at all?

Can you show an example of what you want, even if you have to make
this example by hand some how?
