[hylafax-users] simultaneous fax jobs

We have hylafax running on fedora 2.6.8-1.521 with three modems:

Modem ttyg01 (1.609.814.1076): Waiting for modem to come ready
Modem ttyg00 (1.609.814.9471): Waiting for modem to come ready
Modem ttyS0 (1.609.399.9290): Waiting for modem to come ready

the faxing works great however it does not process jobs simultaneously? 
Jobs will alternate on each modem but they wait for existing jobs to
complete.

Is their a setting to have jobs go out immediately on the next available
modem?
