Hi all, Found the problem by looking at the email content redirected to a file without sending it out. As mentioned by Mark earlier, the line "Content-Transfer-Encoding:" at the attachment part was set to nothing due to the empty variable $ENCODING. It can be solved by setting the variable in FaxDispatch as ENCODING=Base64.
