(me thinking: this week has being great for trainning...) If you ran mailq what you get? If you read sendmail log file, what you see? Do you use a different mail server for delivering mails internally? If you can use it as a relay server, do you know what you can put in the tag DS at the sendmail.cf file? Hope this helps.
