Is c2faxrecv running?

Do you have "461xxxxxx" listed as an MSN in config.faxCAPI?

IncomingMSNs:         461xxxxxx

Try running c2faxrecv in verbose mode in the foreground (make sure you 
kill off other processes). This way you can see if it crashes or has 
other complaints.

/usr/local/bin/c2faxrecv -v -q "/var/spool/hylafax"
