I wonder if it would not be more appropriate to say that commercial
support is available and then shunt interested parties to a list on the
website (or even wiki) of ALL those who might offer commercial support.
I do not do such support. But I know there are a bunch of folks that
are on the list that do. AFAIK, they are not a part of ifax.com. I
suspect that their support is Commercial-grade as well. I think they
may actually be significant contributors to the code development and
support on the list as well. But I do not think that it is very clear
if you only read this Ad. In the end, I think it is a disservice to new
hylafax users not to advise them of the wealth of Commercial-Grade
support that is available.

Subject: [hylafax-users] Problems installing hylafax 4.2.0
I have decided to try to solve my sendfax problem by installing
hylafax
4.2.0. I am on Fedora Core 2 and the installation gave following
output:
[root@EPOhost 420]# rpm -i hylafax-4.2.0-1rhp.i386.rpm
warning: hylafax-4.2.0-1rhp.i386.rpm: V3 RSA/MD5 signature: NOKEY, key
ID 30ae7e 3d
/sbin/ldconfig: /usr/lib/libmondo-newt-2.0x_cvs is not a symbolic link
/sbin/ldconfig: /usr/lib/libmondo-2.0x_cvs is not a symbolic link

# HylaFAX installation complete! #
# #
# If this is a first installation (ie. not #
# an upgrade, you need to run /usr/sbin/faxsetup #
# before you can begin using the software. #
# #
# Does your company use HylaFAX for mission-critical #
# faxing? If so, you may be interested to know that #
# commercial-grade support is available. #
# #
# See http://www.ifax.com/ for more information. #

Is this OK? I am a little concerned about the two comments about
/sbin/ldconfig and symbolic links. Is something wrong in my
installation
that needs to be corrected before I go on?
