Ok, I hope you have done a backup of your faxrcvd
script.
Install metamail, and use FaxDisptach (you must place
it in $HYLAFAX/etc directory, as is mentioned in man
faxrcvd), and deliver by filetype.
Example:

    ttyS1)     SENDTO=user@xxxxxxxxxxx;;
FILETYPE=pdf;;
esac
