Much too many errors.  A well-tuned receiver will have fewer than 1% 
errors.

Look at the logs, but in your case the first step would be to switch to 
Class 1, if the modem has it.

Class 1 will generally work better than Class 2 with most modems.

faulty Class 2 firmware.
