[hylafax-users] Unspecified Phase C/B errors

Hi All,

I am running Hylafax 4.1.1 on a RedHat 7.2 machine. Using USRobotics 56k Faxmodems. We have about 12 fax lines going into 3 hylafax servers.

Lately I have been getting reports from clients that their faxes are not going through. I checked with the people that handle the actual faxes and found out that we drop an amazing amount of faxes during a week. We get hundreds of faxes everyday, and having dropped faxes is not good.

We are receiving "Unspecified Phase B" and "C" errors on the faxes that drop. I have pasted 1 of each occurance.

Here is the first, Phase C error:

What can resolve these errors? It would be nice to get these clients to stop calling me.

I have seen a great many posts about going to class 1, however I do not see any indication that I am using class 1 or 2. I did not set these servers up, so I really don't know anything about them configuration wise.

Thanks,
