1. Make sure the msn on the incoming calls matches the incoming msn. To see the incoming MSNs log all debug level messages.

 

2. If you're using a 2.6 or 2.4 nptl kernel (try uname -a) then there is a patch you need to apply.

3. In your config.faxCAPI make sure

         AcceptSpeech:           1

    Otherwise it'll only accept calls from ISDN fax machines.

 

3. Try running c2faxrecv with -v and see if it's even acknowledging the call

 

Get back to us if all that doesn't work.

hi ...

i m using hylafax 4.1.8 on eicon diva bri card ...i have installed capi4hylafax .....and every thing is fine but c2faxrecv doent answer the call ......

i dont know whats the problem .....

tried every bit of help on mailing  list ..

here is brief look what i did :

 

1) installed hylafax 4.1.8 upto faxsetup and said no to faxaddmodem.

2) installed capi4hylafx with path mentioned for source directory and spool directory...

on faxstat -i command :

it shows

HylaFAX scheduler on pbx: Running
Modem faxCAPI (+92217792037): Running and idle

i dont know whats wrong please help ....
