[hylafax-users] T.30 Error

Hi all,
I will appreciate if someone can give me an advice for a little problem
I had.
Sometimes, receiving multi-page faxes, I get no answer to the AT+FRM
command after MCF.
I send two fragments of log, the first with the error, the second
without any error, look at lines marked with *:

It seems the modem don't answer correctly to AT+FRM command ("Enter
Receive Mode"). 
I have a doubt: is this a command I send to my modem ? I believe so.
The odd thing is that this error arises always with the same senders. In
other words there are some people who can't send me multipage faxes.
Every idea is welcome.
