Try switching to Class 1.  If a page is truly getting dropped, then it 
is the firmware's fault in this case, and you'd need to refer to the 
manufacturer for a fix.  In Class 1 we'll be able to tell for certain 
what happened.  You may want to upgrade to 4.2.0 also.
