[hylafax-users] Problem with multistrip MMR encoded images

When sending certain MMR encoded images the receiving fax machine does
not print the page. Also, the image sends much too fast for how large
the tiff image is. doc369_multistrip.tif is 123,866 bytes yet according
to hylafax it sends the page in only 4 seconds.

This problem only happens when HylaFAX does not need to convert the tiff
image before it sends it. Here's the sendfax command:
	sendfax -n -m -3 -d "xxxxxxx" doc369_multistrip.tif

Here's tiffinfo for doc369_multistrip.tif:
TIFF Directory at offset 0x1e0a6

  Samples/Pixel: 1
  Rows/Strip: 37
  Planar Configuration: single image plane
  Page Number: 0-1
  Group 4 Options: (0 = 0x0)

If I use tiffcp and only change Rows/Strip to 2206 then the page prints
out and takes 60 seconds to send. This problem is always reproducible.

If I turn ECM off on the receiver but use the same sendfax command as
above then similar behavior occurs, looks like it sends ok but nothing
prints out. Sending the second time with ECM off results in the page
being printed out because HylaFAX converts the document before it sends
it and the Rows/Strip tag is set to the image length.
