 Can't say for definite, but it may be worth trying tiff 3.6.0 (works
unpatched), or tiff 3.6.1 (requires patching), with the -L and -H options, as
this may carry the difference in page sizes over to the next page, or allow you
to slightly compress the longer image. But, as I said, this may or may not work.
