[hylafax-users] Job seems "hung"

Good afternoon!  Firstly, we use Hylafax everyday to send about 1000 faxes
per day.  Thank you all for this great software. We've been experiencing
intermittent jobs getting hung, or stuck in the sendq.  I turned up the
logging , the log is shown below.  Today's example was submitted at 13:21,
but as of now 17:02, it still sits in the queue...

How can I resolve this, and or would any of you fax wizzes please lend a
hand?
