Ah, well, the message spells out the problem: you are relaying the 
e-mail through a server or servers that check the return e-mail address 
for forgeries.

Put

FROMADDR=some_valid@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

into your FaxDispatch file.  This is a new 4.2.0 feature.
