[hylafax-users] Ring detect without successful handshake

Hi,
I have installed a new faxserver with a Cendyne Faxmodem and I got a lot of times  the message: (1 or to from 3 faxes)
"Ring detect without successful handshake"
This message I do not know from another modem on another faxserver.
And this happens also if I am sure that there is a fax-machine on the other side. 

Can anyone help me to prevent this error?
