I changed the PS drier to the Apple LaserWriter and it worked!.....

typically a phrase like:
  
  "...install a new printer with a postscript driver (like an ...) " 

usually does not place any special requirements.

There should probably be a note regarding print drivers that place 
"wrappers" around the PS code.
You wouldn't believe the amount of searching I've done the last two days 
looking for a solution.
