CIDName and CIDNumber are already stored in xferfaxlog in HylaFAX 4.2.0.

So, assuming you use one of those fields for your DID information, then 
you're set with 4.2.0.

As for the image file name, well, that's not in there, but the commlog 
file number is, and you could easily parse the tiff file name from the 
comlog.
