Yes, I know.  The problem is finding a decent Windows client that
does.
WHFC only allows sending single Postscript files in a fax.

You may want to contact the authors, then. Both Pyla and WHFC authors are available for hire, I think. Those clients are also open-source, so you can hire your own favorite hacker to do it, also. I'd do one of these instead of trying to hack together some king of Postscript-merging utility.


Of course, following these suggestions is not without a cost. Sometimes there just is no free lunch.
