[hylafax-users] Send Simple Fax with my client application....help

Hi all,
I have this problem
I develop a Hylafax Client with telnet/ftp protocol 
on port 4559 of this my server but send fax don't works
with this error:
Cannot build data connection : connection refused
I don't have firewall
and my host.hfaxd 
is correctly configured with faxadduser 

why ? Any ideas ? 
I have read most messages of this problem
but i don't have find the solution.
