[hylafax-users] Billing interface

I've seen billing interfaces for hylafax users discussed before on the
mailing list but not much info.

Does anyone know of any work or solutions for billing users based on number
of out-going faxes?

While im at it Im after a web interface for viewing faxes, any good links?
