Windows Hylafaxclient(version 1.2.2) works well for me(running WinXP).  There's a little bit of wiggling around that you have to do in order to be able to fax directly from a Word document, but it will work.

I am looking for a good reliable Windows client.  I have tried Cypheus and not liked it.  Anyone know any other that works real fine?  Especially from a word document.
