[hylafax-users] 550 fax00003.tif: Not owner

Hello,

I wanted to do an FTP GET to retreive the incoming fax but unfortunately it 
doesn't work, I've added a user with:

faxadduser -p mypassword myuser

and I am using this account to login via FTP but as you can see here, still 
I cannot retrive the fax:

150 Opening new data connection for ".".
-rw----    1  5        +xx xx xxxxxxx   15:42 fax00003.tif
226 Transfer complete.
ftp> get fax00003.tif
local: fax00003.tif remote: fax00003.tif
227 Entering passive mode (10,0,10,30,130,36)
550 fax00003.tif: Not owner.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here ?
