[hylafax-users] recreate FIFO

It seems, that the FIFO musst be recreated after a kernel change.
The FIFO is something, that can go bad anyway and unfortunately does not 
recover to a sane state by itselfe.

I just deleted my FIFO and want to recreate it using the current 
settings. Do I have to call faxaddmodem again or is there a command, 
that does the job for me?
