mine are 600, user=uucp group=rootYes, I did so .... My mods: - 0777 for /dev/capi20
mine are 755, user/group = root- added this line to /va/spool/fax/etc/config: SendFaxCmd: /usr/bin/c2faxsend - changed permissions of /usr/bin/c2faxsend to 0777
- add a symb. link /dev/faxCAPI to /dev/capi20
why did you do that? I think this is not documented with capi4linux. The CAPI-drivers can't be directly used as a modem.
- the maschines' ip-adresses are in /var/spool/fax/etc/hosts.hfaxd - the users are members of group "dialout"
