Anything you need to "hack" faxrcvd for both can and should be done in
FaxDispatch.  FaxDispatch is "sourced" by faxrcvd, and isn't
changed/overwritten/etc by upgrades.  That's the whole point of using
FaxDispatch for customizations, so you don't have to "rewrite" your
customizations to faxrcvd each time you upgrade.
