I'm running RH9 with the latest RPM for hylafax. HylaFax works fine to send and receive faxes, and will answer data calls, hand the control of the modem to mgetty, authenticate and establish an IP address with the client via pppd. BUT - no data will flow. tcpdump shows packets go in, no packets come back. I can't even ping the host I'm dialing to. pppd has been set to proxyarp, asyncmap and the like. Flow control between pppd and hylafax has been set to xonxoff, mgetty has the correct settings from the faq (blocking, don't drop dtr, etc). Faxgetty says in the logs that it's handing it to mgetty, so I'm fairly certain my HylaFax config, in that respect, is correct. What am I dealing with here? Can anyone shed some light? What other info can I provide? -- Dan Polk CrossCountry Courier, Inc. ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxxxxx*
