[hylafax-users] Something weird here..

I am setting up / trying out HylaFax / Cypheus.  I "printed" a page (two
pages) to the fax driver.  It converted them, and submitted the job to
HylaFax.  

HylaFax indicated it was sending three pages (cover + 2) and I, indeed
did get 3 pages in my .PDF file...  

Just that the third page was blank, except the header at the bottom
(instead of on top).

Is this a Ghostscript or HylaFax problem?
