When capi4hylafax is installed, /etc/hylafax/faxrcvd script receives a
7th parameter (the MSN data), so it's pretty easy to do it in the
/etc/hylafax/FaxDispatch script. capi4hylafax contains a lot more info
(and examples, for sure) about it.
