Err..the one that fits your needs?

Other good answer: depends. You want the easiest way?
Use the MTA that comes with your OS, distro,
whatever.. You want security? Use qmail. You want
scability and security? Qmail or postfix, etc,etc.

You want email notification right? Just enable it :-).
