I have used two port PCI cards from SIIG that seemed to work fairly well, and I am currently working with a more elaborate setup, a 16 port serial setup from Digi that also seems to be doing well. IIRC, you can put two of these into a system for a total of 32 serial ports. However, if you were to get much more than 16 ports for a fax server, you might want to look into one of the ISDN solutions that have been mentioned on the list, look for references to Eicon(sp?) Diva.
