[hylafax-users] delete received fax from Cypheus inbox

I can’t delete a received fax from the inbox on Cpheus? When I tried, it 
gives me a error: "Error deleting file:550/recvq"fax000xx.tif:Operation 
not permitted"

Why can't I do it?
