[hylafax-users] Nationalization (Polish)

Hello Everyone,

I've made a Polish language dll for WHFC 1.2.1 - if anyone is interested.
Soon I'll send it to Ulrich Eckhardt, so he will publish it on his site.
But I have another problem.
I'd like to use Polish characters on the cover page. Some how-to is at
http://www.uli-eckhardt.de/whfc/cover.shtml.
but I don't understand it.
I'm creating my cover by tgif, printing in eps and then converting to ps
using make-cover script.
If anyone would be so nice and explain it better to me (how to do it
correctly).
And one more thing - on the coverpage the date is in incorrect format.
Locales on the system are pl_PL (when I type "date" the date is ok - in
Polish). But on the coverpage it is in English (Tue Oct 09 14:05:15 2003).
How to correct it or where to search for it.
