Hi folks, The company I work for is doing a batch info (Invitation) fax to our customers. This are around 1200 numbers. We try to send 3 pages information to the customers' fax machines. We tested this internally in our company with different fax devices (from different vendors) and it worked seamlessy. Hylafax uses capi4hylafax-01.02.02 and 2 active ISDN cards. This allows us to send up to 4 faxes at the same time. Hylafax version is hylafax-4.1.5. We are sending at a resolution of 196 (set in the hfaxd.conf). - Some fax devices take 1/4 of the first page and close the connection. - Some fax devices reply a direct error (invalid data format). - Various other problems. I'm really in trouble with this because the faxes have should have gone out yesterday already! Thanks for any support!!! Oh, another problem is the KillTime. On almost all jobs is the "time-to-send" the same as the "kill-time". The jobs simply become suspended after a few hours. I set the KillTime to +500 hours in all hylafax config files. Best regards, Bastian Bense Logs: This is what it looks like when a fax goes thru without any trouble: --- snip --- Oct 01 00:53:16.57: [12790]: SESSION BEGIN 00000631 +49.2541.xxxxxx Oct 01 00:53:16.57: [12790]: FAX FAX: JOB 631 DEST 0021615xxxxx COMMID 00000566 Oct 01 00:53:16.57: [12790]: Try to connect to fax number 0021615xxxxx in Hylafax mode.
