First off, I doubt very much that the problem you're having is related 
to th printer driver you are using... however, I would never recommend 
using HP's drivers as "PostScript" drivers, since they often "wrap" the 
PostScript in HP-specific code.

However, I'd suspect that all your troubles would disappear if you 
upgraded to HylaFAX 4.1.7 and used Class 1.
