You get a funny response (OK) to your dial command. You should get something like 'BUSY' or 'CONNECT' or 'NODIALTONE'.... I've got problem with sending faxes from Hylafax: I'm using Digi DataFire RAS30 PE1 - 30modems on E1 line. Modem is initializing without any error. I can receive faxes with no problems. If I call: -hylafax send :ATDTxxxx -in the same moment hangup (probably by clearing DTR) and faild with "no carrier detected" If I set 10ms delay after every command - the hangup is 10ms later. I tried type every command in the same order in minicom - then everything works ok - I can dialout without any disconections. ---- form session log----- Sep 26 10:48:34.45: [10587]: <-- [23:AT+FCC=1,5,2,2,3,1,0,0\r] Sep 26 10:48:34.72: [10587]: --> [2:OK] Sep 26 10:48:34.72: [10587]: DELAY 10 ms Sep 26 10:48:34.73: [10587]: <-- [17:AT+FLI="Linia00"\r] Sep 26 10:48:35.00: [10587]: --> [2:OK] Sep 26 10:48:35.00: [10587]: DIAL 222 Sep 26 10:48:35.00: [10587]: DELAY 10 ms Sep 26 10:48:35.01: [10587]: <-- [8:atdt222\r] Sep 26 10:48:44.70: [10587]: --> [2:OK] Sep 26 10:48:44.70: [10587]: SEND FAILED: JOB 13 DEST 222 ERR No carrier detected Sep 26 10:48:44.70: [10587]: DELAY 10 ms Sep 26 10:48:44.71: [10587]: <-- [5:ATH0\r] Sep 26 10:48:44.99: [10587]: --> [2:OK] ---- form session log----- hylafax is sending to modem and then hangup --- ATZ ATE0 ATV1 ATQ0 ATS0=0 ATS8=2 ATS7=60 AT&K3 AT+FCLASS=2.0 AT+FLO=2 AT+FPP=0 AT+FBO=0 AT+FCT=30 AT+FCQ=2,2 AT+FNR=1,1,1,1 AT+FAP=1,1,1 AT+FIE=0 AT+FCC=1,5,2,2,3,1,0,0 AT+FLI="xxx" ATDT222 ATH0 [...] --- ---from serial trace--- 79716.900 > AT+FBU=1. 79717.100 < ..OK.. 79717.200 > AT+FCC=1,5,2,2,3,1,0,0. 79717.400 < ..OK.. 79717.500 > AT+FLI="Linia00". 79717.700 < ..OK.. 79717.800 > atdt222. 79727.300 < ..OK.. 79727.300 C +RTS +CTS -dtr +DSR -dcd 79727.400 > ATH0. 79727.400 C +RTS +CTS +DTR +DSR -dcd 79727.600 < ..OK.. ----------------------------- --from config.ttyG0_00---- [...] ModemType: Class2.0 # use this to supply a hint ModemRate: 19200 ModemFlowControl: rtscts ModemNoFlowCmd: AT&K0 ModemSoftFlowCmd: AT&K4 ModemHardFlowCmd: AT&K3 Class2APCmd: AT+FAP=1,1,1 Class2CQCmd: AT+FCQ=2,2 # versions that respond to AT+FFC=? with non-zero data support RTFCC Class2RTFCC: yes # unfortunately, HylaFAX can't currently receive in MMR ModemAnswerCmd: AT+FCC=,,,,1;A Class2NFLOCmd: AT+FLO=0 # set no flow control command Class2SFLOCmd: AT+FLO=1 # set software flow control command Class2HFLOCmd: AT+FLO=2 # set hardware flow control command # string, command for dialing (%s for number to dial) ModemDialCmd: atdt%s ModemDialResponseTimeout: 250000 # integer, dialing command timeout (ms) ------------------------------ any idea? -- maurycy. ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxxxxx* ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxxxxx*
