HTML is typically one of the output formats (eg, for colorized and pretty-printed source code listings) but it seems like there is a use for enscript in this context, especially given the amount of formatting control you get over the output. Enscript is used as the back-end syntax-highlighting and formatting engine for viewcvs, and it works great (except on in-line comments sometimes). I'm a little swamped right now, but I'll try and play with this a little when I have time...
