Well, the problem is that the modem appears to have received absolutely 
no TIFF data during phase C, thus "0 total lines".

You could verify this by putting "TracingMask: 0x11" before 
SessionTracing in your config file, restart faxgetty, and try the fax 
again.  It almost looks as if the remote system just kept the carrier 
up for ~30 seconds without sending anything.
