Current manpages ('man cid' and 'man faxrcvd') will document this... 
essentially HylaFAX's DID support stems from its CID support - it works 
the same.

The requirement, however, is that your hardware and phone lines 
actually support DID and report it to the DTE somehow.  It appears that 
this is already in-place in your case.
