[hylafax-users] Two Issues

Knoppix 3.2 running Debian. Hylafax 1:4.1.1-1, ghostscript 7.07-1

This is a relatively new Hylafax installation. After receiving a fax,
a customer advised me that the top of the page was chopped off, about
1" or 25mm. Upon further testing it turns out that they are all
affected by this problem.

To complicate matters further I cannot get server tracing going properly on
Debian. A previous Hylafax server running Mandrake 8.0 worked well and
displayed an excellent log for diagnosing problems. I have tried playing
around with settings in config.ttyACMO (usb modem) to no avail.
I have used both
ServerTracing: 11
ServerTracing: 0x4f

More info

root@Poncho:/var/spool/hylafax/log# more c00000051

Sep 04 13:42:06.47: [ 2938]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.1.1
Sep 04 13:42:06.47: [ 2938]: SEND FAX: JOB 41 DEST 85643390 COMMID 00000051
DEVICE '/dev/usb/ttyACM0'

Can anyone suggest directions ?

The /var/spool/hylafax/info file displays some limited information...but not
as comprehensive as server tracing.

The /var/spool/hylafax/doneq also displays some information.

Neither of these points to my above problem.

UPDATE: Looking at the files (with psviewer)in the docq, they are clearly
distorted...like they are stretched to fit landscape. As stated above the
top is gone. So Hylafax is just sending what was delivered to it.
